Where can we fly?
Non-congested areas where there are plenty of places to land. 
Where can we Land?
Any where we can get clearance that is a flat area.
How high do we fly?
We fly anywhere from the tops of trees up to 3000 feet and sometimes even higher.
How long does each ride last?
The rides last anywhere from 1 hour to 1 1/2 hours.
How many people fit in the basket?
The balloon will hold 2 passengers with a weight limit of 400 pounds plus the pilot.
Is it Windy in the balloon?
NO. We are moving with the wind so you will not feel a breeze at all.
What time of day do we fly?
We fly twice a day.The first flight starts at sunrise and the second starts at least 2 hours before sunset.
What happens if the weather gets bad?
All flights are made wind and weather permitting. We will contact you 24 hours before your scheduled flight to give you weather updates.
How do we get back to the launch field?
We are in constant radio contact with our crew on the ground. When we land, they will be there waiting on us. We will pack the balloon away and load it in our truck. The chase vehicle will accommodate all of our passengers back to the launch area.
Can I bring a camera?
Of course! A camera or a camcorder is a must for a balloon ride. We ask that you listen to the pilot's instructions for stowing your equipment for landing.
Is it cold in the balloon?
The temperatures aloft are about the same as they are on the ground. Dress should be appropriate for the season.

Do I need reservations?
Yes. Reservations need to be made as soon as you know a date that might work for you. The most popular months for flying are April, May, October, and November. If this is the time that you want to fly, you need to start your reservation process at least 2 months in advance. Please do not make your reservations by email.
